How To Place An Order

Placing an order is simple and easy! Simply click on a desired item (don't forget to select a size if the option is there!), and click, "Add to Cart". Then, click on the cart to see your lovely selections. Once you are satisfied with what you've selected, click, "Checkout" and you will be directed to paying for your awesome items using Paypal!​ Note: If you do not have a PayPal account, simply click "I do not have an account" and you will be able to input your debit/credit card information to make a payment.

Shipping & Handling

 

All of the items are shipped in a secure bubble lined envelope. Every bath item comes shrink wrapped. All items are gift wrapped with tissue paper in decorative zipper bags.

 
Policies:

 

* Dislike a fragrance? *
Refunds, exchanges and/or returns will not be issued or accepted as a result of personal opinions or preferences in regards to how an item smells.
Scented items are a matter of personal preference and are perceived differently by each individual. Please keep in mind that how a fragrance smells on the skin and how long it lasts is determined by each person’s unique body chemistry - not the fragrance or the product.

* Missing Items*
- If an item is missing in the transition of shipment, a replacement or a full refund may be requested.
- DOMESTIC ORDERS: Please wait at least two weeks after shipment before the item is declared missing.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders shipped internationally can take up to two months to reach their destination. Please let me know in due time if the item has never arrived.

*Damaged Items*
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible for a replacement or a refund.
- Be ready to provide photo evidence of the damage.

*Refunds*
- Full refunds are only available for items that have arrived damaged.

*Melted Items*
- In the case of lip balms, solid perfumes, and body butters, please know that these items are prone to melt during warmer months when left inside of mailboxes or in transition.
- Please contact me as soon as possible for any questions regarding items that have melted in transition.
